1. Eligibility For hygiene reasons, underwear or lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a product defect or an incorrect item was received. In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Note: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its absolute original condition.
