1. EligibilityΒ For hygiene reasons, underwear or lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a product defect or an incorrect item was received. In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Note:Β The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its absolute original condition.
2. Exchange StepsΒ Please contact our team via social media, providing the order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. The support team will review your request and guide you through the necessary steps to complete the exchange process.
3. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable ProductsΒ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return or exchange of any product that has been worn or used.
4. Order Inspection upon DeliveryΒ You may inspect the order while the delivery representative is present (without trying on or wearing the products, due to their intimate nature). In case of refusal to accept the order, delivery fees must be paid.
